THE TRIAL 2 SPUDS ON NETFLIX THE TRIAL NETFLIX BLURB: The murder of a teen girl impacts a public prosecutor linked to the victim, a lawyer seeking a career-making case and a suspect who says she’s innocent. After a 17-year-old girl is found dead in a canal, a public prosecutor makes a shocking discovery about her that puts a planned leave from work on hold MY BLURB: This is a kind of OK limited series (8 epi- sodes), that carries the story pretty well. And | guess it kinda makes a statement about corruption in the legal profession in Italy It's dubbed into English and the voices are pretty good. But this story probably could have been told in in S or 6 episodes at the most 1 watched this one over a couple of weeks, one episode at a time. At the end | was a bit disappoint- ed but then again, my primary reason for watching this was to understand a bit about the structure of a limited series. It's not bad and the Italian scenery is quite beautiful.
