Not As Crazy As You

Not As Crazy As You

There is a plague growing in the world. And it's not a virus, it';s much worse. It's the plague of hypocrisy and we can see it in every aspect of our lives. This is a little telegram to all the hypocrites out there. They know who they are.

Not As Crazy As You

You can tell me that I'm crazy
Cause | dream of a world at peace
You can even call me a Jason
Searching for that golden fleece

You can tell me I'm delusional
Because | don't believe the things you do
But the only thing | know for sure
Is that I'm not as crazy as you

You can tell me all about your chosen god
And how he’s gonna save your soul
You extoll your vision of heaven
Like it's somehow gonna make you whole

You hide behind your sacred books
Like every word in them is cast in stone
But they've been altered almost endlessly

By whoever’ sitting on the throne

Then you live your life in hypocrisy
Swallowing new lies every day
If your Saviour ever did come back
Would he really see things your way?

Your politics is rooted in ignorance
And no respect for the history of man
All you can hear are your master’s voices
As you dance to their every command

And they throw you bits and pieces
A few coins for the labour you do
And if you disappeared tomorrow

They'd have no trouble replacing you

But you can tell me that I'm crazy
‘Cause | dream of a better way
While you've all given up your dreams
Way, way back in the day

You can tell me I'm delusional
Because | don't believe the things you do
But the only thing | know for sure
Is that I'm not as crazy as you
