Are You Listening to Diverse Points of View?

Think about a meeting you were recently in. it was probably an online meeting because of the pandemic, right? Were you actively listening, or were you doing something else? Distracted by your mobile maybe, or thinking of the next meeting, conversation coming up? Did you seriously ask for input, ideas, or did you just ask because you're supposed to ask? Were you actively listening to those ideas? What if the ideas where not in line with your thinking? Listening to diverse points of views, that is the topic of this week’s vlog and the next behaviour in the practice of Enabling Others To Act. Why is this important? Watch to find out.
