beBee Fun Tricks : Success = Achieved Goals

beBee Fun Tricks : Success = Achieved Goals

Simple equation.

It is a one line recipe. Those that will pretend anything else are just confusing you...(to achieve their goals, not yours.)

Public common belief is that if something works it often rely on a simple principle.

Does success require focus?

Yes. What were you expecting...do not confuse winning lottery with success...it is luck and probabilities that brought you your 5$ winning ticket (to the majority of ticket buyers) and applied mathematics & marketing, the 15 M $.

The real winner is the lottery company.

Does success comply to a program?

Yes, again. It doesn't come from random actions. You need to have a plan. Write it down. Use your agenda. Set milestones. Easy baby steps. Shoot for the next day...not a the star from day one.

Is success...money?

No....money is only a tool. You need some, but you cannot buy success or happiness.

So... success could be a compilation of wishes we try to achieve leading us to a path of wisdom, health, happiness and wealth.

ef9973b8.jpgHERE are the following categories in which we can schedule actions to perform.

1.Exercise

2.Health

3.Spiritual

4.Career

5.Financial

6.Business

7.Travel or leisure

8.Relationships

9.Family

10.Others

Just a simple 10 sections of your life. Not much sophisticated. It fits in a binder for those that are still old school. Section 10 was there to accommodate flexibility, success is like time...it is relative..to yourselves.

You decide! No one else.

  • Pick a category, then give a title to goal #1.
  • Give it a description.
  • Set a start date and an end date,
  • Frequency daily, weekly, monthly....

You can go on and one like this with and handbook in your pocket, but it will remain passive if you leave it in the drawer or the shelf.

Hopefully man invented The smartphone and its Mobile Apps.

Goal Tracking App For Android

How does it work ?

4f3711ba.pngSELECTING GOALS

Take time to select the goals that are most important to you. If you are new to goal setting, start off with a few goals that you know are reasonably feasible for you to achieve. Push yourself but don’t be unrealistic.

WORKING ON YOUR GOALS

Once you select a goal break down what it will take daily, or multiple times per week to achieve the goal. For instance, if you want to learn how to do handstands, pick a time frame like 6 weeks. Decide how many days each week, and how many times each day you need to practice hand stands to become a Pro by the end of those 6 weeks. (EXAMPLE) Set Goal Plus to remind you to do five, 1 minute, progressive wall stands each day on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat, and Sun.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Have your friends or someone you respect (Teacher or Mentor) hold you accountable. When you start your goals let them know how you plan on achieving them, how many days per week, times per day, etc. that you will be working on your goal. Check in with them daily on your progress. (TIP) Share your daily goals list in Goal Plus to social media so your friends can see your daily progress. Commit to sharing your progress so youwork hard on them every day because you naturally don’t want to be sharing non- completed daily goals!

c12181fa.pngCOMMITMENT IS KEY

Commitment! Commitment! Commitment! The KEY is to stay committed to your life goals. YOU know what your best looks like, don’t sell yourself short. How hard are you pushing yourself when nobody is watching? Set goals that will challenge you to get to where you want to be but do not set short term goals you can’t commit to. At the end of the day, you are only hurting yourself by not staying committed. You will only convince your subconscious mind that it is OK to skip or miss out on activities that accomplish goals. The KEY to success is commitment!

GRATITUDE

Being grateful is essential to bringing more good things into your life. Practice being thankful for your healthy mind and body that give you the ability to complete your daily goal tasks that will ultimately lead to success. When you wake up in the morning take a moment to be grateful for the opportunity to seize a new day, then also take time at night to be grateful for the strength that helped you accomplish your goals. If you are not already taking the time to be grateful on a daily basis, take 2 minutes per day and practice them with sincerity until they become a habit and your life will change.Form good habits and become their slave.(Tip) Add self -gratitude to your daily goal list. Do not miss this one!

DON’T BEAT YOURSELF UP

We all have days that not every goal related task gets accomplished. When this happens don’t be too hard on yourself. At times like these however, it is essential that we take time to self-reflect and ask ourselves why we were unable to accomplish that task. Don’t make excuses! Be honest with yourself. Was there an emergency or an event that kept you from completing the task? What could you have done to rearrange your day to do the task at a different time? How can you avoid missing goal tasks in the future? Can you make up your missed task tomorrow so you can get completely back on track? These are all questions you and only you can answer honestly. Bottom line when you miss goal tasks don’t be too hard on yourself but make sure to hold yourself accountable by asking the questions that will get to the bottom of why you were not able to complete the task. (Tip) If you are sincere about accomplishing goals you will not mark unaccomplished tasks completed. Stay true to yourself if you really want to succeed.

TAKING A DAY OFF

It is essential that you take one day a week off from your goal tasks. A break will give you the time to reflect on the progress of your goals as well as the rest your mind and body needs to be able to continue effectively executing the tasks you have outlined for your week ahead. Not taking at least 1 out of 7 days off can eventually lead to a point where you become “burned out” or lose focus. Take your time to rest, refocus, and feel good about the 6 days of tasks you just accomplished.

CELEBRATE SUCCESS

At the end of the day when you share your 100% completed daily goals list, you will feel great about accomplishing all of your goal related tasks. Build on that daily feeling of accomplishment and will find yourself developing a positive winning attitude. Achieving goals is cause for rewarding your efforts. Celebrate your success! You deserve it!

FULFILLMENT

When the day comes that you have completed your final task or exercise and have accomplished a long term goal you set forth to achieve, it is time to celebrate the realization of your achievement by doing something you love. The more goals you achieve the more you celebrate, and the more you start doing the things you love to do. When you realize that you are constantly doing things you love to do, you will realize that YOU, are living a life of fulfillment.
