Eager to Learn

Good morning To all!

 I have a passion in decorating, a degree in business and love for fashion. In a world that is looking for many years of experience prior to hiring the right candidate, makes it difficult for myself  with little experience in the executive assistant platform. I am a women that has been eager to grow, dedicated in my work and a loving mother and partner to my family. Coming from a small town, moving to Toronto area has been a goal well achieved. After graduating in business and management, thinking and hoping id have the capability in open doors for a career,  has been a game changer in reality. Most positions require 5 plus years of experience. Where may I approach for the experience or entrepreneurs that are willing to train? I am eager to learn, dedicated and great interpersonal skills. Who can direct me to someone who sees potential and comprehends the aspect of training and molding someone is an asset to their company?
