How Do You Think About Food?

What is Food?

How do you think about food? Is it just the stuff we eat or an energy source? What does it include? Although these are basic questions, they can form the basics of good nutrition. Our food needs to contain vitamins and minerals that control inflammation , blood sugar control as well as blood pressure regulation, energy production and much more. When you are missing key vitamins and minerals, your body doesn’t function properly. You feel bad and you get sick.

Absolutely Claire L Cardwell I believe that the energy put into cooking translates into the final product, (such as "love and care"), I think that it can be tasted
