Need to build an event team? Here are some tips to get you started

Selecting the right team members to help you plan corporate, marketing or tech events is not easy. Let鈥檚 face it. Everybody is on their best behaviour during interviews. Coupled with this, few managers, directors, and executives receive training in strategies to interview and hire the right candidate.
