Quality Assurance Field Of Work

I am ISTQB certified and have 7+ years of experience in Software Development & Testing.  

My last project was with SNB (Service New Brunswick). I was totally responsible for testing an application and had complete ownership of testing activities. The project was on agile methodology. I was an active member of the sprint team, being involved both in sprint planning and in sprint meeting activities.

I have good programming background in java, java script and python. I was responsible partly for developing and supporting business application in one of my previous projects. 

I am interested in programming and was actively involved in automation testing frameworks in Java and Python. I have extensively used Katalon and Selenium and also Cucumber frameworks and have been trained in Azure DevOps. I have good knowledge of Oracle forms and familiar in using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

In terms of scripting / programming in Automation I have done performance testing and have used UFT for testing various applications. I was majorly involved in automating manual test cases using selenium and java. The testing frameworks used were TestNG, POM and cucumber. 

I have knowledge of CICD and familiar with DevOps terms. 

I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas. I possess excellent organizational skills and have a strong passion in programming.

Backed with my strong QA skills and good knowledge in SDLC, I am confident that if given an opportunity I shall be happy to deliver as a programmer / QA tester.
