The Art of beBee Giving

Giving does not mean simply giving money, although money is appreciated when given by those who can. But it’s the actual doing for others, generously extending your time and your energy that constitutes giving back.

When you are in the ditches of darkness, doing for others is often the stepladder out. The high that one gets from doing for others is so much greater than focusing on what we think we don’t have. In fact, you probably have all you need.

Giving connects us in a tangible way. And it makes us realize how much power we have to make others feel better about themselves and their lives.

The adage “It’s better to give than receive” holds the real truth.
