It is wonderful how our compass is reset with presence - to be present is something I value also Margaret, it is not a given but it is a constant adjustment in the navigation of what is most valuable about life.

Dear Ali Anani I thought hard about capturing my thoughts about the different types of love but I can't publish love, I can only discover it every single minute of the day, and in your buzz I LOVE YOU?
