Wow, a great interview here & a great personality that showed through, many folks would attempt any interview with trepidation. I have found Aurorasa Sima to be authentic & a great wonderful contact. Nice work here Don, they can use you on CNN. Don you are a true professional writer and top notch branding & interviewing consultant. If you get out of Canada, come visit me in Savannah for coffee or lunch. We have two great bee's here with Don Keer & Aurorasa Sima, I am fortunate to have you two as friends , Keep Buzzing. Best regards, Bill Stankiewicz

Don Kerr stops by my posts from time to time and I must admit to visiting her profile. Now I know so much more about her...Hopefully one day our paths will cross as it would be an altogether entertaining meeting!

There are so very many ways I could answer that Wayne Yoshida and most of them would land me in a pile of steaming ick!

Wayne Yoshida

Hmmm. You could do this alphabetically. A for Aurorasa - done. Who is the "B"?

Whom should I put the target on Wayne Yoshida? Recommendations. The last chap I approached declined for excellent reasons and frankly I took a break while getting the book ready to publish. However, am back in the saddle now if you have recos for willing victims!

After reading again, I think Don Kerr are unique bees !

Interesting slide show Ali. Thank you for sharing.

I´m not sure if the two of you are talking about what I think you are talking about. Now, if we were sure, no longer we are.

Thanks Ali, I guess time will tell about the generation gap :))

Thank you Aurorasa Sima for your encouraging comment

I hope your grandson will like it too Lisa Gallagher- will the generation gap be effective?

Really nice slideshow Ali Anani. I love the analogy of using opal with regards to problems. I loved your slides!!

YES, IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY Federico Álvarez San Martínri

I can't tell Federico Álvarez San Martín because the link is no more highlighted. I am pasting it to this comment to test

I have just finished reading the buzz of Aurorasa Sima on Alfred Herrhausen - A Leader Ahead Of His Time. Reading this interview and the buzz reveal a lot about the guiding values in Aurorasa's life. Beautiful mind and person you are.

I am using my laptop because I see better without troubling my eyes Federico Álvarez San Martín. Thank you for your response.

Federico Álvarez San Martín have a look to this issue please

I don't speak Spanish. I understand some with Google help because French helps me in doing that. Same with Turkish language as I benefit from my Arabic tongue. In Italy, I read road signs and my French language helps me in understanding signs most of the time.

Unknow is curiosity for great thinkers like you Aurorasa Sima

I checked and the link is not working. I pasted the same on Google Search and it worked. The problem is not with the link then. I bring this issue to the attention of Javier beBee

Here it is again, Aurorasa Sima

I wrote a presentation on "The problem is knowing the problem". By the same token I say "The question is knowing the question to ask". Surely, Don Kerr know what questions to ask.

I insist that you are "the queen of paradoxe" dear Sara Sara Jacobovici and that you expanded on my knowledge and interest on this topic.

Brilliant interview as it has uncovered some hidden aspects of the thinking of Aurorasa Sima as well as personality and hobbies. Truly, appearances might be misleading and assumptions are worse. The interview throws light on a lively personality that surprised me of holding such a coherent innerself

Hi Aurorasa! I think I first met you on be Bee when you commented on my short buzz about social media that turn us into vain and attention-seeking narcissists. You said in your comment that many people on social media are building something like an "ideal persona", and that is maybe narcissistic but definitely not authentic. On the contrary, you are one of the most authentic people I know on be Bee, and definitely a person „who is willing to push the edges and who show their edges.” Don Kerr, you have done a great interview, rich in content and very interesting. I wonder who will be the next interviewee. :-)

Well done Don Kerr. Beside enjoying the interview, it freaked me out to read, "I am no believer in work/life balance. I do believe in work/life integration which is where I think beBee may find its niche.." I have said these very same words (literally) across the board. They say "great minds think alike". (now just avoid the second part to that....) Aurorasa Sima graciously dubbed me the queen of paradox...flattering). I also related to what you said about people, "We sometimes overlook the fact that business people are people." So true and so important. We can't relate to others, whether team members, employees, clients/customers, as anything other than people serving people. Thanks for the opportunity to get to know you better. Wishing you continued success in both your personal and professional life.

Wonderful interview Don Kerr! You have a talent for asking great questions Don. Really nice to get to know more about you Aurorasa. I love the photo of Oriental dancing, which one is you? I'm glad you found your niche as a coach and I'm also glad to hear you LOVE to have fun! No worries, I haven't sky dived and have no plans to. ;-) Very interesting read, thanks for sharing more about yourself and I'm glad you are so active on here, you are a very smart woman and I respect you!

Aurorasa Sima Don: A masterful interview revealing the person behind the Bee. Good to know you better Aurorasa and I for one am glad that you "started to spend a lot of time on a social media site." I value your articles and presence on beBee.

Damn. I was just about to publish some pics of my private parts while wearing a mask. Now, I'll have to re-evaluate. For me, business casual is wearing no pants at all. Great job Don Kerr takes the cake. By reading her contributions to beBee, It's clear she knows what she's talking about across the spectrum. She's certainly a welcome addition to the All Businees hive.
