EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a high volume warehouse environment supporting the automotive industry.
SAP warehouse management system or other ERP system.
Forklift certification.
Experience with IATF / ISO / TS quality environment.

COMPETENCIES

Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office, SAP
Strong communicator, in English, at all levels of the organization.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast moving environment, managing priorities efficiently to meet established deadlines.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Ability to drive action and results.
Must be professional, organized, detailoriented and selfmotivated.
Must be able to operate forklifts and pump trucks in a safe manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create labelling and storage locations through SAP warehouse management system.
Sort material / product to fit storage capacity
Place raw product and finished products from production in assigned warehouse locations on a daily basis.
Communicate any discrepancies, short stock or perceived short stock, to the supervisor immediately.
May be required to assist with picking and packaging of orders provided inventory responsibilities have been completed first.
Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory as required.
Provide backup to Material Stocker and Receiving department, as required.
Comply with Eberspaecher's environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards. Report any issues not in compliance to department manager.__

- _Contribute to the department and company improvement projects as required.__
- _Conduct and promote work in a safe and responsible manner and report any safety concerns immediately to the supervisor, department manager or a member of the Environmental Health & Safety Committee. Wear appropriate PPE and operate electric or manual material handling equipment in a safe manner in accordance with standards and procedures.__
- _Participate in company-sponsored training relating to quality, safety, human resources and any other mandated education and training.__
- _Maintain work area and physical plant in a neat, clean and orderly condition.__
- _Uphold Eberspaecher's environmental and quality policies to limit the impact on its operations on the environment and prevent pollution through technological innovation and process efficiency by participating fully in Eberspaecher's environmental and recycling programs as required on a daily basis.__
- _Perform other duties as required._
