The
Manager, Analytics Delivery will be a crucial member of the data leadership team and will be responsible for running our Canada D&A Agile Pod.

With experience in using Agile methodology in delivering data project, this role will work with our teams while managing the through scrum events and managing sprints.

The collaboration with other team members in our other data pillars (data engineering, data science, data ops, data governance) will be meaningful in being able to deliver.

The role will report into the Senior Manager, Analytics Delivery and will be responsible for managing and mentoring BI developers and Data Analysts, while ensuring that solutions follow our data solutions architecture standards.

Thought Leadership:

Identify and translate internal or market opportunities into practical solutions to achieve individual, team and company objectives and goals.
Ensure all delivered solutions align with D&A standards
Provide recommendations to continuously improve our solutions standards

Logistical Functions:

Facilitate daily scum and agile ceremonies for the team, in alignment with Agile standards in D&A and IT
Ensure partners priorities are aligned and communicated constantly
Implement retros to monitor performance of your pod

Team and Leadership Functions:

Manage (direct/indirect) a team of BI Developers, Analytics and other D&A resources within your pod that are a mix fulltimer, contractors, and thirdparty vendors
Serve as part of the Data leadership team of the D&A practice

Qualification & skill requirements:

Degree in computer science, MIS, business, or related equivalent
At least 8 years of working with various BI technologies, Data Warehousing & Data Modelling
At least 3 years in various data leadership roles (architect, lead) as well as management (people, program)
Experience in agile methodology including leading scrums, agile teams
Experience working within a Data Governance framework and with various Data management solutions (Data Quality, MDM, RDM)
Strong SQL, data analysis and data profiling skills
Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Cognos etc
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
Advanced organization skills including the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and multitask
Proven critical thinker who can identify patterns and key / underlying issues in complex situations
Able to work well in a team environment and mentor, develop, and empower their staff
Committed to continuous improvement through ongoing technical training
