    The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role as the main point of contact for small to mid-sized customers not under a CN Account Manager.

    This position involves managing all commercial aspects of the customer portfolio and promoting a wide range of CN transportation services.

    Utilizing the Customer Interaction Client (CIC) tool, the role efficiently handles the Inside Sales queue to deliver top-notch customer service and drive sustainable revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Salesforce Compliance
    • Entering sales opportunities promptly into Salesforce
    • Maintaining an accurate pipeline reflecting business potential
    • Providing support to Supply Chain Sales Account Manager
    • Conducting customer contract negotiations

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
    • Experience in social media
    • Bachelor's Degree in related fields*Master's degree or certifications are advantageous
