Job Description:


  • Providing management, technical, and engineering leadership for the Compu-Spread program in both the development and production (configured customer order) arenas through the effective supervision of the technical team. This includes hydraulic and mechanical design, controller platform development, electric/electronic consoles and devices, associated software and IoT opportunities.
  • Assisting in the development of a 3 year rolling strategic plan for growth that is aligned with our sales targets.
  • Interacting with Sales and Product Management to properly balance resources between current customer orders and future development.
  • Attending customer visits together the Technical Sales Consultants and our channel partners to help develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in collaboration with the responsible Technical Sales
  • Ensuring that existing and new products meet market price and profitability objectives.
  • Raising awareness and provide support to Sales and to our customer base as required to promote the product line.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in the Snow & Ice Control or related fields
  • Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Software, or Mechanical degree or diploma
  • Strong organizational skills including project management
  • Working knowledge of embedded control systems
  • Understanding of financial statements and KPIs and their link to operational impact (matrix to be determined)
  • Strong, effective communication and listening skills
  • High sense of urgency and customer focus
  • Effective at creating vision and goal setting
  • Selfstarter and driver
  • Empathic to the needs of others
  • Able to establish and grow effective teams
