Monday to Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

The primary focus of the Clinic Team Lead would be to work independently on various office administration duties, provide guidance to DriverCheck Clinic teams and assist with Technician/LPN duties when required.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Technical Coordinator to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis
- Set a positive example for the employees
- Encourage an attitude that encompasses the company's culture and values
- Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation
- Ensure best practices are followed across the department
- Utilize timecard program (i.e. ezLabor) to ensure accurate time cards for employees
- Conceptual thinker with exceptional analytical skills, able to identify challenges and develop a critical path to solve problems
- Results oriented, strive to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance Conscientious, flexible and adaptable
- Mentor, motivate, train and supervise staff in a manner consistent with the company's culture
- Perform monthly and yearly employee reviews
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Arrange training of all positions
- Document all HR interactions
Department Specific Functions:
- Administration the clinic and onsite
- Ordering inventory and supplies
- Organize Vehicle Maintenance and Registration
- Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process, ensure weekly and monthly packages are sent to Head Office
- Ensure yearly calibration of equipment is completed
- Scheduling and Training as required
- Create and update onsite & clinics schedules
- Create and update Mobile schedules as required
- Create and update afterhours phone schedule for onsite & clinics
- Ensure applicable training is completed for all staff in clinic on onsite
- Act as a resource for onsite D&A Technicians
- Technician/LPN duties as required
- Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Audiometric and Spirometry Testing
- Customer service and relations as appropriate
- Oncall responsibility on a rotating basis
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- LPN/RN designation is considered an asset
- Demonstrate good organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining quality
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
