General Information:
Reporting to the Managing Director of North America, Hitachi Energy is seeking for an Operating Unit Manager who will implement the Hub and Business Unit strategy and ensure business development in the operating unit, with responsibility for profit and loss (P&L).
Responsibilities:
You guide, motivate and develop a team of professionals, project managers and project engineers. You build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in Canada to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop the market opportunities. You ensure the execution of projects yearly according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality and financial results. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in the energy sector or similar.
Asset: MBA
