Summary:
Golf Pro Shop Guest Services Agent

Hockley Valley Resort is constantly growing and is looking for an experienced Golf Pro Shop Guest Service Representative.

The Golf Pro Shop Guest Service Agent is responsible to greet, interact, answer questions and check-in all customers both in the golf shop and on the golf course.

Job Duties

  • Greets guests upon arrival and assist in answering any questions
  • Books and coordinates guest tee times and transactions
  • Provides assistance with facility and product knowledge
  • Provides direction to golfers
  • Opens and/or closes the facility
  • Answers phone inquiries
  • Maintains retail stock and sales
  • Ensures the overall cleanliness and presentation of the Golf Shop
  • Responsible for other duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience is an and asset
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Able to multitask
Work Conditions

  • The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
  • Bending, crouching and lifting

Job Types:
Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 2 months


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mono, ON L9W 5X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
