Description

DXP/HSE Integrated is seeking an instructor who will deliver and engage students in instructor-led classroom training of intercompany courses, and industrial specific. Within this position you will need to have a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and a willingness to travel.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Deliver training in group and/or in individual handson sessions, while demonstrating an indepth knowledge and learning experience of course materials.
Build strong relationships with adult learners and/or clients as it relates to the participants experience before, during and upon completion of the course.
Observe strict adherence to the guidelines governing the preparation and delivery of course content, practical scenarios and document control as found and/or presented in the;
The instructor course certification process (TTT)
HSE Integrated and thirdparty training policy and administrative manuals
Perform scheduled inventory of supplies and/or assets of training materials and maintenance of the equipment and classroom environment.
Provide feedback on course content/delivery and methods to improve the overall participant experience.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrates attention to details with focus on overall implementation and followthrough of assigned tasks.
Professional with clear communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate professionalism while representing HSE Integrated (attire, language, conduct, attitude, and behavior).
Previous industry related experience

Required Certifications & Training

H2S Alive

Standard 1st

Aid / CPR
Valid Clean Driver License
Successful completion of the HSE Train the Trainer upon hire
HSE Driving program
Successful completion with proof an instructional auditing of the following Energy Safety Canada (ESC) courses:
Firewatch
Fall Protection
Confined Space Entry and Monitor
Coordinator / instructional training
Additional training and certifications may be necessary to meet client specifications.
