About the role:


As Clutch's operations continue to grow in size, staff and complexity, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office organized and running efficiently.


What you'll do:


  • Licensing all vehicles that are purchased at Clutch including making daily licensing trips to Service Ontario
  • Collaborating with sales teams to obtain the required documentation for daily licensing
  • Maintaining an organized filing system both physically and electronically including physically filing paperwork with Service Ontario
  • Organizing and archiving vehicle registration, insurance, warranty and other relevant paperwork
  • Coordinating with vendors to keep our office environment clean and wellstocked including maintaining a monthly expense report
  • Performing adhoc data audits and admin tasks as required as required

What we're looking for:


  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous licensing experience is strongly preferred
  • Selfmotivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Technology savvy (Google Drive, Slack etc.)
