Sales Representative
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate, expand, and nurture a diverse portfolio of accounts within a new territory, focusing on Physical Security and PRO AV solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily performance metrics including calls, orders, sell time, and quota achievements.
- Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit dollar, and gross profit percentage quotas.
- Provide competitive pricing and product availability information to customers promptly.
- Assist customers with Return Authorization (RA) processes when necessary.
- Engage in outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential customers.
- Manage incoming calls at the call center and respond promptly with ETA and shipping information.
- Process orders accurately, handle backorders, and maintain account details.
- Collaborate with external associates or Business Development Representatives to develop customer accounts.
- Demonstrate exceptional followup and customer service to address all inquiries and requests.
- Participate in TD SYNNEX training programs, reseller/industry events, and companysponsored initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; university or postsecondary education is an asset.
- Six (6) months of inside sales experience or two years of industryrelated experience preferred.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in product knowledge, particularly in PRO AV and Physical Security domains, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated innovation, selfmotivation, and initiativetaking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; PC literacy is essential.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across departments.
- Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally.
