Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining contractual service levels
  • Function as a Site leader on project assignments, As required
  • Utilize your experience and knowledge for customer documentation development
  • Execute complex moves, adds, changes of computer equipment.
  • Complete complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment.
  • Perform network connections for digital signage and installation.
  • After hours support as required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 51 lbs independently on a regular basis.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance.
  • Ability to pass Security Clearance check is required.
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Experience in diagnosing, documenting and troubleshooting issues spanning multiple technologies. preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism is an asset #LI-RB1

Working Conditions

  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • 30minute unpaid lunch break
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and out of town
  • May be required to work overtime, with paid compensation based on local Employment Standards Act.
  • Travel to client sites, with the ability to travel long distances when required
  • Frequently assigned to new tasks to adjust to changing priorities.
