You have:


  • A college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Postdiploma training in executive management (an asset).
  • English and French advanced reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support in a senior manager's office.
  • An indepth understanding of administrative and operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in the Centre's mission and work relevant to Global Health.

  • Qualified to establish, manage, and monitor relationships with diverse and experienced stakeholders

You are interested in:


  • Advancing IDRC's mission and strategic goals by supporting the current and future activities of the Global Health Program.
  • Coordinating the daily activities of the Global Health Program Director and prioritizing the incoming flow of work.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, screening correspondence and analysing information required for a response
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Hybrid Mode:
Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (3 days out of 10 in the office).
