Description

We are an HVAC / Mechanical company that is looking for a bookkeeper to help us manager our finances for our operations across Western Canada.

Your duties will be as follows but not limited to:

  • Work with ADP to ensure the payroll is completed and reconciled
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Preparing reports daily, weekly and monthly to go over with the managers
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Post journal entries
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Friendly, honest, detail oriented, persistent and organized
  • Experienced in accounting (preferably with Quick books on line)
  • Willing to help the other team members to ensure all deadlines are hit

Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
