We are a close knit HVAC / R company that is looking for someone to help us with AR / Collections & Customer service.


_Your duties will be as listed but not limited to:_

  • Working with the Accounts Receivables team with invoicing questions from clients
  • Working with the Accounts Receivables team in data entry and collections duties
  • Answering phones
  • Interacting with customers

_Experience & skills required:
_

  • Phone and computer skills
  • Organized
  • Responsible
  • A sense of "ownership"
  • Accounting experience or knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
  • A good memory

_Compensation:

  • Salary plus RRSPs

Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
