About the Role

You will use your experience to:

  • Maintain the relationship with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices and company policies
  • Coordinate customer expectations with internal resources
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Create, present and execute customer agreements
  • Develop presentations related to customer requirements and sales opportunities.

What qualifications do I require?

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business OR related program OR equivalent years of Sales Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales / customer service
  • Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office 36
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Experience in working in a sales and service environment
  • Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
  • Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
