About the Role

You will use your experience to:

Maintain the relationship with clients
Provide excellent customer service
Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices and company policies
Coordinate customer expectations with internal resources
Understand customer needs and requirements
Create, present and execute customer agreements
Develop presentations related to customer requirements and sales opportunities.

What qualifications do I require?

Bilingual in English and French
College Diploma or University Degree in Business OR related program OR equivalent years of Sales Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales / customer service
Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office 36
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience in working in a sales and service environment
Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills
Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
