About the Role
You will use your experience to:
- Maintain the relationship with clients
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices and company policies
- Coordinate customer expectations with internal resources
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Create, present and execute customer agreements
- Develop presentations related to customer requirements and sales opportunities.
What qualifications do I require?
- Bilingual in English and French
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business OR related program OR equivalent years of Sales Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales / customer service
- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office 36
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in working in a sales and service environment
- Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills
- Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
- Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
