Description

Comfort of Living is looking for an Operations Manager Reporting to the head office in Mississauga, but occasional site visits will be required.

-
Includes but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Assessing opportunities for additional revenue (i.e. reviewing care plans to determine if residents are in need of additional services)
  • Staying up to date with RHRA requirements for compliance purposes
  • Providing assistance and guidance to GMs at the retirement homes as per the GM job description
  • Providing assistance and guidance with questions related to LHIN programs

Requirements:


  • RN or RPN
  • Familiar with RHRA requirements

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • RN/RPN licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
