Description
Vedder Transport Ltd. is looking for Full-Time Line Haul Drivers for our Vedder Resources Division based out of Abbotsford.

This position is responsible for taking empty set of tankers to the Kamloops switch point, picking up a loaded set, and delivering to the Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland.

Great hourly rates, call-in pay, shift differential, quarterly bonuses, paid vacation, company paid benefits, and Group RRSP's.

  • Valid Class 1 Drivers License
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience
  • Tanker & Mountain Driving Experience
  • Must be able to pass preemployment drug test
  • MUST be ABLE to WORK with LIMITED Supervision
  • MUST have Mechanical Aptitude
  • Demonstrate The Highest Level of Customer Service
  • Competent Knowledge of Food Grade Handling Procedures
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Personal Hygiene are a MUST
  • MUST Be a TEAM Player

Salary:
$32.49 per hour

Experience:


  • Tanker: 1 year (preferred)
- mountain driving: 1 year (preferred)
- manual transmission: 1 year (required)

  • Class 1 Licence (required)
