Description

We are looking for one (1) full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to work out of our head office based in Abbotsford, BC.

We are looking for a hardworking, detail, and process orientated person to join our team. This position would work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the day to day processing of all accounts payable
  • Intercompany billing and employee expenses
  • Complete cheque runs (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Process daily deposit slips and assist with banking when required
  • Process government remittance payments (CRA/GST)
  • Assist in setting up vendor accounts for payment processing and reconcile vendor statements
  • Reconcile billing statements (fuel reports/maintenance/etc.)
  • Responsible for collecting, sorting, and confirming daily payables
  • Keep reconciliation spreadsheets updated
  • Completing other paperwork as required
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time

  • Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with Sage Accounting, Great Plains and Excel
  • Detail orientated

  • Excellent communication skills: Oral, Written, and Customer Service
  • Strong organization skills: Time Management and ability to perform in a multitasking environment

Up to $48,000.00 per year
