Key Accountabilities:


  • Liaison between Judges (AGCO) and CPMA
  • Communicate with Tote Hub, Judges and Wagering Operations
  • Live Racing: verifying race results, setting minutes to next live race
  • Receive scratches and changes from Judges and ensure they are correct when entered in the tote.
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Answer phones
  • Troubleshoot tote terminals as required
  • Setting up Simulcast Programing of TV's
  • Any other duties assigned or directed
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Manages other initiatives as required


Education and Qualification Requirements:


  • Postsecondary education
  • PC skills
Great oral and written communication skills
