JOB SUMMARY
Legends Hauls' administrative assistant is a proficient individual responsible for performing clerical tasks and providing administrative support to the CEO.
This role involves (but is not limited to) keeping records, coordinating communications, project management and organization, and keeping the workplace organized and efficient.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed, with a focus on supporting the CEO
- Assist the CEO in managing and organizing their complex calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and events
- Undertake additional office admin tasks as required to support the organization and relieve the CEO of administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing etc
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and connect to the appropriate team member, facilitating communication between staff and clients
- Receive any mail or packages that arrive at the office, ensuring the right staff receive mail that is addressed to them
- Greet visitors and customers as they enter the office, providing a professional and welcoming environment
- Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and resources (kitchen and office), and order office supplies and materials as necessary, keeping an accurate inventory of items
- Perform clerical tasks including mailing, filing, scanning, photocopying, and printing to support the smooth operation of the office
- Keep senior staff, especially the CEO, updated on any matters regarding the office, staff, or company events
- Maintain a tidy and organized working environment for all staff, demonstrating an ability to keep the office space wellorganized and conducive to productivity
- Perform other functions and tasks as necessary to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the organization
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks by urgency and importance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced work environment with frequent interruptions and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
- Works efficiently and effectively independently and in a team environment
- Works effectively under pressure in a busy and dynamic environment
