In this role, the individual is responsible for driving the sales process, creating new opportunities, and upselling through various channels.
Key responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, informing them about products and services, providing solutions, recommending better options, and efficiently handling customer orders.
Schedule:
Bi-Weekly
- Week 1
- Mon-Thurs (9:00 AM 6:00 PM), Fri (8:30 AM 5:30 PM)
Thu (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM), Fri (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM), Sat (10:00 AM- 3:00 PM)
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and in-person interactions, showcasing our commitment to satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Address customer inquiries about Elite Trimworks Corp products, rates, and services with a personalized touch, offering effective solutions to instore, online and phone customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional sales, adeptly communicating the unique features, benefits, and return policies of our products.
- Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships, solidifying Elite Trimworks Corp as the topchoice supplier for our valued customers.
- Manage purchase orders, paperwork, and transactions, ensuring a seamless process that includes handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Coordinate product orders, organize deliveries, and keep customers informed about their order status to enhance their overall experience.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities throughout various methods, taking initiative to be actively contributing to the growth of Elite Trimworks Corp's customer base.
- Oversee the sales process, from project management to issue resolution, providing comprehensive customer service and support.
- Determine accurate and competitive product pricing by consulting our pricing matrix and other resources, reflecting Elite Trimworks Corp., commitment to excellence.
Nature and Scope:
- Applies established processes guided by clear rules, past practices, or provided instructions, consulting a supervisor for advice on nonroutine matters. Supervisor approval is sought for any deviations from standard procedures.
- Works under close supervision with limited latitude and independent judgment. Output undergoes detailed checks by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.
Pay Structure:
- Starting at $20.00 hourly, after probationary period $21.00 hourly and in one year$22.00 hourly. Commission/ bonus programs over & above, thereafter, our annual cost of living raises will apply.
Work Environment:
- Comfortable indoor setting with infrequent and nonobjectionable unpleasant conditions.
- The physical and psychological wellbeing of team members is strongly encouraged.
Education and Experience:
- Strong preference for a high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is highly preferred.
