_ This is a Temporary Full-Time position (10 month term)._


The Associate Manager, Global Technology Finance supports the Technology Services division in the efficient and cost-effective delivery of technology services to its customers, which includes Canadian and Global Operations.


The Associate Financial Reporting Manager is a key member of the Technology Finance Operations team and delivers a broad range of services, which includes, but is not limited to, financial analysis; financial reporting; administration of complex financial processes, budget preparation and control; design, leadership and support on technology processes, presentation preparation, risk and control processes including data integrity management, and departmental cross training.


What you will do

  • Complex financial analysis and reporting
  • Support the execution and design of the administration of financial processes, procedures and controls inclusive of transactions for both Global and segment specific services
  • Financial Support and Consulting
  • Budget Process Guidance & Facilitation
  • Leadership, design, support and training on technology specific processes
  • Driving change effectively; actively sponsor and participate in change initiatives

What you will bring

  • Postsecondary degree in Business/Finance or other related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • Three to five years of directly related experience with a proficiency in financial analysis, developing financial models and reports, performance analytics, communicating financial results, designing financial policies and controls, identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and training staff
  • Strong technical skills, specifically advanced knowledge and experience in SAP, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrates excellent critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Results driven and effectively problem solves. Works very well under pressure.
  • Self starter, teamoriented and able to work with limited direction.
  • Customer focused with a positive outlook and the ability to adjust and adapt in a fluid environment
