About the role
As Administrative Assistant provides administrative, financial, and program support services.

You will process correspondence, proofread documents, screen mail and telephone queries, organize and maintain electronic and paper files, distribute information, and maintain inventory systems.

You will research, verify, compile, consolidate, prepare, and distribute unit or program information and communications for general meetings, working groups, and other requests for information.


Qualifications:


About you

To be successful in this role you will have/be -

  • Grade 12, including completion of one year of postsecondary education in Business or Office Administration
  • One (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

You may have;

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to research and analyse information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of data entry, manipulation, and retrieval techniques using a variety of computer automated systems and software
