    Senior Python Developer

    Role overviewWhat you'll do

    • Actively participate in technical design discussions and requirement clarifications.
    • Collaborate with the current team to quickly understand application design and data flow with minimal ramp-up time.
    • Adhere to and promote code and design standard processes during development, while also mentoring junior team members.
    • Lead end-to-end deliverables in an agile and dynamic environment.

    What you bring to the role

    • More than 5 years of experience with Python.
    • Proficiency in Angular, SQL databases, and secure coding practices.
    • Solid grasp in Python back-end development.
    • Experience with analytics and reporting is a plus.
    • Experience with cloud technologies is an added bonus.

    Working arrangements

    We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
