Dr. Power is currently seeking a suitable one to join our Purchasing team.

You are a self-starter with a notable positive attitude. You have effectively mastered the art of interaction and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)

Conduct E-commerce Product and marketplace research:
You will research products and market prices on various e-commerce platforms. This research will gather information on product popularity and market price, and the results will inform purchasing decisions.

2)

Market Place Product Price Monitoring and Analysis:
You will monitor the sale trends, pricing, and profits of products on e-commerce platforms. This will require strong Excel skills and the ability to perform product margins and profits calculations.

3)

E-commerce Report Generation and Preparation:
You will be responsible for downloading reports from e-commerce platforms and updating internal reports regularly. This involves consolidating and summarizing the information contained in the reports.

4)

Inventory checking and product quality inspection:
You will cross-check and inspect product quality when goods arrive at the warehouse. This will involve verifying the quantity of products and conducting in-depth tests to ensure product quality. A passion for product quality assurance and attention to detail are necessary for this role.

5)

Other tasks to be assigned by management:
You may be assigned additional tasks as needed.

These tasks will align with the Purchasing department's overall objectives and may include support for other areas of the business.

Strong analytical, problemsolving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to learn and attention to details
Independent and teamwork abilities
Professionalism and confidentiality
Patient and teamwork for product inspection and quality assurance
Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset
