Description

As Assistant Marketplace Account Manager, working closely with the Marketplace Account Manager, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our marketplace account, including product ranking, review and acquisition, inventory management, and Pay-Per-Click advertisements.

As a young professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position allows you to learn and contribute your strengths and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulate new strategies and ideas to drive product sales.
Review reports to determine stock availability.
Update crossreferences and prices for listings.
Create product descriptions for current and new products and upload photos.
Manage technical components of listings and ensure 100% uptime.
Monitor negative reviews and make all possible efforts to increase product star ratings.
Keep uptodate with marketplace seller trends and mechanisms.
Meeting with executives to review sales performance, and provide execution plans.
Resolve all marketplacerelated issues and foster relationships with Marketplace Strategic Account Managers.
Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

Postsecondary or equivalent education in business, information technology, or marketing.
Knowledge of Marketplace and Marketing Services.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytic platforms.
Must be fluent in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results.
Must have strong attention to detail.
