RÉSUMÉ:
Le Lean Leader sera responsable de la formation et de l'encadrement des membres de l'équipe ; il veillera à la normalisation, au respect des méthodes et au pilotage des ateliers ou des projets. Le Lean Leader travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) pour coordonner et suivre les efforts d'amélioration ; il participe à l'évaluation, au développement et à la mise en œuvre de la formation pour atteindre les buts et objectifs d'intégration.
Responsabilités:
- Responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la formation conformément aux buts et objectifs de l'intégration de LEAN.
- Diriger la mise en œuvre, à l'échelle de l'entreprise, des techniques de fabrication allégée (5-S, conception cellulaire, TPM, Poka-Yoke, SMED et JIT).
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre de LEAN-LEAP et UAP/GAP par le biais de formations. - Former et encadrer les membres de l'équipe, assurer la normalisation et la conformité aux méthodes et piloter des ateliers ou des projets.
- Introduit et soutient l'utilisation de nouveaux outils dans les secteurs assignés.
- Soutenir les opérations dans le choix des outils et des priorités, l'identification des opportunités de réingénierie des processus par l'analyse des données de performance, comme Six Sigma ou les études de capacité.
- Fournit un soutien aux équipes de production et d'ingénierie.
- Dirige et coordonne les projets d'amélioration avec les propriétaires de processus. - Suivre l'avancement des projets.
- Participation à l'élaboration et au suivi des indicateurs clés de performance.
- Identifier et diriger les projets d'amélioration des processus, ce qui inclut la formulation de recommandations pour les projets/programmes, la sélection des participants au projet, le développement nécessaire pour atteindre les résultats escomptés et l'achat d'équipement.
- Coordonner avec les experts internes en la matière, tels que HSE, RH, qualité et ingénierie, afin de s'assurer que les solutions des projets sont conformes aux réglementations locales et de l'entreprise.
- Obtenir des résultats en temps voulu associés aux tâches et aux objectifs assignés.

SUMMARY:
The Lean Leader will be responsible for training and coaching team members; ensuring standardization, adherence to methods, and steering workshops or projects. The Lean Leader will work closely with the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) teams to coordinate and track improvement efforts; participates in the assessment, development and implementation of training to achieve integration goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of training in accordance with LEAN integration goals and objectives.
- Lead the company-wide implementation of lean manufacturing techniques (5-S, cellular design, TPM, Poka-Yoke, SMED and JIT).
- Support the implementation of LEAN-LEAP and UAP/GAP through training.
- Trains and mentors team members, ensures standardization and compliance with methods, and drives workshops or projects.
- Introduces and supports the use of new tools in assigned areas.
- Supports operations in the selection of tools and priorities, identification of process reengineering opportunities through performance data analysis, such as Six Sigma or capability studies.
- Provides support to production and engineering teams.
- Leads and coordinates improvement projects with process owners. - Monitors the progress of projects.
- Participates in the development and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Identifies and leads process improvement projects, which includes making recommendations for projects/programs, selection of project participants, development required to achieve desired results, and equipment procurement.
- Coordinates with internal subject matter experts such as HSE, HR, Quality, and Engineering to ensure project solutions comply with local and corporate regulations.
- Achieves timely results associated with assigned tasks and objectives.
- Works in partnership with the Operations and Quality Department to ensure that new or revised SOPs are understood, trained and implemented.
- Ensures that managers provide training on new or revised SOPs.
