Digital Operations Coordinator


We're seeking an enthusiastic Digital Operations Coordinator to support our internal Digital Governance team within our Winnipeg head office located at 140 Otter Street.

As the Digital Operations Coordinator you will report directly to the Director of Digital Governance.

You will play a critical role in supporting a number of key operational processes and initiatives such as tracking the status of contracts under development; reviewing invoices for accuracy and submitting them to Accounts Payable; extracting data from multiple sources and combining them into reports and presentations; and tracking the status of various tasks, including following up with assigned parties to ensure work stays on track.

What You'll Do

  • Create, compile and export reports related to Tempo time keeping, ServiceNow ITSM data and cloud financial data. Generate monthly presentations for ITSM Governance, and other meetings as required.
  • Oversee the contract development pipeline to keep track of agreements that are in development and that they are staying on track, including following up with vendors and internal parties, as necessary.
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy against agreed upon pricing and confirming that the services have been delivered satisfactorily. Ensuring invoices are submitted to Accounts Payable with enough lead time for payments to be issued on time.
  • Tracking the status of numerous tasks and following up with individuals to keep initiatives on track.

What You'll Bring

  • 12 years of experience in coordinating tasks in a corporate office environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the business and foster team building environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, with an ability to handle multiple issues/projects at any one time.
  • Experience with administrative coordination and management.
  • Able to work with various tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn new tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Jira, Tempo, and ServiceNow.
