We are seeking an enthusiastic fitness aficionado to join our dynamic team as a morning Receptionist.

Responsibilities:


  • Warmly greet and assist members in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls for general inquiries.
  • Support membership sales and maintain accurate data entry.
  • Conduct club tours for prospective members.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to client information.
  • Maintain the front desk area.
  • Manage and facilitate juice bar sales and maintenance.

Key Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Shifts:

Weekdays:

  • Opening shift: 5 am 11 am
  • Day shift: 11am 5pm
  • Night shift: 5pm 11pm

Specifically, we are seeking 3-4 days a week where it will involve evenings & weekends

Weekends:

  • Opening shift: 7 am 1:30 pm
  • Closing shift: 1:30 pm 8 pm
