What Does a Membership Sales Advisor Do?
As a Membership Sales Advisor, you're not just selling memberships; you're a catalyst for positive change in people's lives

Your role includes:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential members, generate leads, and make phone calls to invite them to tour the club and explore our offerings.

Club Tours: Showcasing our fantastic facilities and explaining how we can help members achieve their health and fitness goals.

Member Support: Setting our members up for success by introducing them to the array of services Fitness Connection offers.

Relationship Building: Creating lasting connections through consistent follow-ups with our members.

Fitness Assessments: Scheduling assessments while promoting our personalized training packages.

What It Takes to Be a Fitness Connection Rockstar:

Fitness Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fitness industry.

People Skills: The ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of individuals.

Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $36,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an additional $30,000 in bonuses through commissions on attaining sales targets, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) at $66,000 per year

Job Details:

Salary:
$36,000.00 per year (Base) + Commission-based bonuses, up to $30,000.00 per year

Benefits: Casual dress, Company events, On-site gym, On-site parking

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, one day off during the week, and one day off on the weekend
