As the Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to explore the magic of supply chain and logistic industry.
You will be liaising between export team who based in HK and distributors who located throughout North America. You will be reporting directly to Customer Service Supervisor for Vitasoy North America.You will be required to be in our North York office Monday – Friday when first starting and will transition to a hybrid (in-office and work from home) model based on your manager's discretion after the probation period.
What You'll DoReporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following duties:and process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely data entry into our inventory management systemmanage current orders and customer information, ensure the information be verified and updatedexceptional customer service, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionand trace order and shipments as required, keep the appropriate departments and customers updatedand maintain relevant documentation for customs and duties accurately and efficientlyclosely with Sales & Marketing Teams for any order related inquiries, e.g.

You will be taking care of inquiries from our customers and have them answered quickly and concentrated and flexible.

You are supportive and trustworthy when your team needs organized and great with numbers. You understand the importance of keeping accurate records and are accustomed to financial transactions.
What We're Looking ForCollege diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldDetail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work accurately and efficiently2+ years of related customer service, logistics or supply chain experience would be preferredStrong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including OutlookHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office ExcelExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsFluent in English.
Chinese preferred (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), but not requiredSelf-starter with a passion for collaborating with teammates to solve problemsExperience CPG, or Food and Beverages is an assetExperience in SOS is an asset
