Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for directly communicating with customers regularly.

They will provide product/service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison on behalf of our client with the primary objective to drive performance improvements, brand recognition, and brand loyalty.

As the Customer Service Representative, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.


Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:


  • Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order request, enquiries, and escalations.
  • Document all customer activities, resolutions, requests, and complaints
  • Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Preparing quotes, coordinate project completion timelines with customers and forecast analysis.
  • Technical support and pricing management.
  • Customer related purchases.
  • Using excel, docket, sage and ERP systems for storage and processing of data.
  • Inventory tracking and creation and release of product serial numbers.
  • Assisting with logistics when required.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

  • At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
