Placeholder is an expanding technology/real estate company helping match individuals looking for warehouse space with those who have extra space We are expanding in Vancouver and are looking for Placeholder Liaisons to verify property details in person and assist in warehouse visits.
What we are looking for
We are looking for Placeholder Liaisons to verify property details in person and assist in warehouse visits.
The liaison is responsible for answering questions interested individuals have about the properties they are visiting, informing them of next steps and relaying information to the larger Placeholder team.
What we need
- Client facing experience
- Drivers license & registered vehicle
- Minimum 20 hr availability between 8:00 am & 6:00 pm weekdays
- Functional understanding of Google tooling (Calendar, Mail, Docs, Maps, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn other platforms (Slack, internal tooling, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of Surrey, Abbotsford, Langley, Delta and Burnaby
- Professional & punctual
- Warehouse knowledge is not a requirement but is an asset
Compensation
- $70/Warehouse Visit
- Mileage Expense

- Remotefirst: The role is remotefirst, as is our entire company. In general, the current team is located mostly in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, and in those cities, there are opportunities to meet and work together if desired.
- Hours: We prioritize results over "facetime". That said, our work is dependent on business needs across multiple time zones. You should expect to be centered on weekday business hours and, depending on circumstances, you may work occasional evenings or weekend days. We value healthy balance, but a willingness to adapt is a requirement of our early stage.
