Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

TMSI Ltd, is a container transportation company based in Dartmouth NS specializing in commercial cargo transportation between Atlantic Canada and Newfoundland. We have an immediate opening for Sales & Customer Service Coordinator in our Dartmouth office.

Job Duties:

As a sales professional, you will work closely with key members of the company to help develop territory and account strategies to support overall sales growth.
Provide assistance and support to management with daytoday administrative requirements of the office
Identify new business opportunities and strive to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Work closely with key members of the company to help develop territory and account strategies to support overall sales growth.
Manage all phases of the sales process, liaise regularly with customers and oversee the smooth delivery of their shipments
Willing to be crosstrained and able to assume the duties of your fellow teammates when required.

- motivated and able to in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work with team members and independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-directed, organized and have problem-solving skills.

Proven track record with a strong focus on new business development.
Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel skills and comfortable using database management systems
Strong negotiations skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High passion for sales
French is an asset
Positive disposition.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am / 5pm. TMSI Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on your skills and experience.
