We are hiring


TMSI Ltd is a full service one-stop marine & truck transportation company offering a fleet of trucks and containers dedicated to the efficient and safe movement of goods to Newfoundland and Labrador.

We are currently hiring and looking for 3 truck drivers at our Dartmouth location.


Responsibilities:


  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods & materials
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
  • Perform pretrip, en route and posttrip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Trip recorder (onboard computer)

Experience:


  • 3 years on the road
  • Must have vast knowledge of transport Canada rules and regulations
  • Valid Class 1 License
  • Safe driving background verified via driver's abstract

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
