We are committed to 'measuring twice, cutting once', and we currently have an opening on our team:
Woodworking Machine Operator.

The primary task of the Machine Operator is to:

  • Operate a Panel Saw
  • Operate a CNC/Edge bander as required
  • Operate a Forklift
  • Create/follow cut lists
  • Machine Set Up
  • Run/maintain CNC/Edge Bander/ Panel Saw as needed
  • Assist in other areas of the shop as needed
  • Track and maintain preventative maintenance parts and schedules for panel saw/ edge bander/ CNC's
  • Work with Design team to optimize yield on Panel Saw
  • Maintain work area and adhere to cleaning standards
  • Track and maintain sheet stock storage area with slow moving colors
Previous experience operating a panel saw, CNC, edge bander or similar equipment, is required. Any experience working with machines, wood, or performing tasks that require constant attention to detail would be beneficial.

You must be able to create a cut list from a rendering, and have an understanding of how a cabinet is assembled.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
