The Inside Sales Account Manager for Strategic Accounts closes sales, supports growth and retention of our strategic account customers and ensures thorough understanding and follow through of customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


What you will be doing:


  • Provide support to the Strategic Accounts Executive (SAE); understand each account KPI's, contracts and work flow process.
  • Accountable for supporting growth, retention & service of all strategic account's customers.
  • Close sales and work with the SAE through the closing process. (Follow up on Quotes Repairs/Replacements internally)
  • Work collaboratively across all Gateway departments as required to achieve sales goals;
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and proper sales administration functions;
  • Support work order flow, including and not limited to: dispatch, technical updates, quotes and billing;
  • Support the SAE on administration, special projects, and customer requests including: work order management, project management of small projects, running various reports, preparation of presentations, drafting proposals, and ensuring the customer experience top notch.

What you bring:


  • A postsecondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience;
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce is considered an asset;
  • Customer Portal experience is considered an asset;
  • Experience in the HVAC or refrigeration industry is an asset;
  • Experience with Data mining and Power BI is an asset.
