The Dufresne Group is currently seeking Integrated Business Planning Analysts for our Business Development Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB.


As an Integrated Business Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for driving integrated business planning process standardization in working and reporting throughout the organization.

Responsibilities for the role will include preparing, analyzing, and communicating growth models, assisting in preparation of Company budgets, business plans and financial evaluations & models.

The role requires participation in the development and presentation of Management materials.

As an Integrated Business Planning Analyst, you will:

Serve as a process leader for driving towards an industry standard integrated business planning process throughout the company including clarity of structure, roles, and responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational embedding of the process.


Be an integral part of historical trend analysis on financials and KPIs in order to provide operators with insights on potential profitability areas, new store development, & new lines of business.

Assist with financial modeling, analysis and due diligence on corporate acquisitions and divestitures.

Assist in preparation of investment recommendations for executive management.


Evaluate business plans and assess strategic and financial merits of internal and external investment opportunities; evaluate new product line opportunities.

Prepare monthly financial analysis and operations reports for management.

Have a special focus on operations and finance to ensure integrated business plans are reconciled with respective financial plans.


Work closely with integrated business planning leaders, supply planning groups, demand planning groups and other stakeholders to develop and implement an end-to-end planning vision to ensure all entities work towards a single operating plan in a standard way.

Be responsible for continuous improvement and expansion of the monthly integrated business planning process.

Be responsible for the consolidation of sales from business unit forecasts, translation, optimization, and communication through-out the organization.

Build translation of each forecast to dependent steps for resource planning.

Define resource capacities / budgets / relationships.

Create Plans to address capacity variances when they occur.

Lead monthly review with leadership and creation of executive deck for president sign-off review.

University degree, with a specialization in Accounting and/or Finance.


Intention to purse an accounting or finance related designation including, but not limited to Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Corporate Finance (CF), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA.)



Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team and be responsive.

Strong data analysis. Financial acumen and interpretation skills preferred.

Strong presentation skills and oral/written communication skills required.

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization is required.

Strong negotiation & management by influence skills with the ability to drive results through a global matrix structure.

Ability to work in unstructured environments, being flexible & building trusting relationships.

Excellent Communication and presentation skills with prior experience presenting to all levels of the organization.

Demonstrate the company's core values.

Travel may be required on an occasional basis.
