Position Overview
SWAT Consulting Inc.
is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to fill a full-time role for a to support our growing remediation, reclamation, and emergency management project team.
This position will be based out of Edmonton, Alberta, with remote work opportunities available (specifically Grande Prairie, Brooks/Drumheller, and/or Kindersley if interested).

Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in the environmental consulting industry.
- Experience conducting spill response, Phase 2 ESA, remediation, and reclamation projects. Experience with groundwater monitoring, vegetation management, and DSAs would be an asset.
- Problemsolving skills in the field as a site supervisor, including management of multiple contractors, scopes and site locations at any given time.
- Understanding of upstream oil and gas regulatory requirements including Alberta Tier 1 and 2 Guidelines, CCME Guidelines and AER Directives 50 and 5
- Excellent teamwork skills to work positively and collaboratively with a diverse team. As well as the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive working relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fastpaced environment with a safety mindset, critical thinking and strong attention to detail, and a focus on efficient task execution.
- A Degree or Technical Diploma in an environmental discipline. It would be an advantage to be a member of a professional association (AIA, APEGA, ASET, etc.).
- Must possess a valid Class 5 (nonGDL) driver's licence.
Salary:
$30.00-$45.00 per hour
